1 paquete (14 oz) de hojuelas de coco
1 (5 oz.) package chopped walnuts, (1 1/4 cups)
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cucharadita de sal
2 cucharadita de vainilla
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine coconut, walnuts, flour and salt in a large bowl.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls, spacing 1 inch apart, onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake 9 to 11 minutes, until lightly browned around the edges.
Let stand 2 minutes; then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Store cookies at room temperature in an airtight container.
